Meet Sabrina Hyland, the founder of New Journey Counseling and a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to nurturing body-mind wellness. With a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from Norfolk State University, she combines her expertise in mental health and physical well-being to empower clients along their personal journeys. Sabrina believes in the power of education, support, and guidance—walking alongside individuals as they build practical tools for managing challenges, communicating effectively, and cultivating a strong support system. Her passion lies in helping clients discover healthy balance, develop resilience, and step confidently into a new chapter of growth and fulfillment.
