Program Overview: 

Over the course of six weekly sessions—with flexible rest days in between—you’ll immerse yourself in a unique walk/run program that blends somatic breathing, mindful movement, and reflective self-awareness to help ease stress and anxiety. Each session builds on the last, guiding you through grounding exercises, RPE (rate of percieved excertion) pacing, and cognitive prompts designed to deepen your mind-body connection. Along the way, you’ll learn to synchronize breath with movement, effectively cope with discomfort, and develop sustainable stress-management skills. By the end, you’ll emerge with greater endurance, heightened resilience, and a practical, body-centered toolkit for everyday well-being.
